Destin West Beach and Bay Resort provides Destin travelers access to both the bay and beach with all the amenities in between. Featuring 93 luxury, Gulf-front units and 186 first-rate Bayside units, the hardest decision is deciding whether you want a view of the Gulf or the Choctawhatchee Bay. This resort offers a variety of Gulf-front amenities including a lagoon-style pool, a kiddie pool, and hot tub, as well as a fitness center and barbecue grilling amenities. On the Bay side, you will find even more fantastic amenities consisting of a lazy river, a central pool with waterfall, two over-sized hot tubs, and additional barbecue grilling amenities, all featuring gorgeous views of the Bay. Access the pristine Gulf beach via the skywalk. Covered parking is available on both sides.

Had a great time. Perfect for a family of 4. Exactly as advertised. Loved having the beach chair service provided. There was no access to the dock area but that wasn’t a big deal. Beach cart and chairs were provided. Plenty of dishes and cooking where for anything you’d like to cook up.

Great Condo with lots of conveniences
We very much enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper 407! We traveled with two young kiddos who had a blast. The condo is conveniently located close to the pools. It is a bit of a trek to the beach with young kids but overall not bad of a walk. The condo supplied a wagon to haul beach supplies as well as things for kids (pack n play, beach toys, bunk beds). Also the master bedroom bed is a dream to sleep on!

We had a great stay at this location! Lots to do in the resort itself and also around the area. The beach was conveniently located and walkable even for little kids. The room itself was perfect for us (family of four) and had everything we needed on hand for our use. The ambiance and decor were very clean and welcoming. *We stayed with another family who was in a different room who did not have nearly as impressive of a room in these regards.* TJ was very communicative and made the stay seamless from start to finish. We would definitely recommend and come back!

We came to Destin West for years while our children were little and growing up. We loved it then and we LOVE it now! It was so nice to come back; just the two of us and enjoy such a lovely vacation in such a BEAUTIFUL PLACE! This condo is gorgeous! We loved everything! We spent our mornings on the beach, afternoons at the pool, and enjoyed eating at Floyd's, AJ's, and The Crab Trap! Thank you for having us! We will be back!
